Assembly Instructions: 1. Insert the tube into the hole in the base. 2. Place the round gasket at the bottom of the base. 3. Use the wrench to secure the screw through the base and gasket, turning it clockwise until tightened. 4. Insert the umbrella pole into the tube and tighten the screw.
